Human Health Aid Burundi is working to support the internally displaced persons located in Gatumba site through a partnership with partners from Sweden and the UK. They are providing assistance and aid to those affected by the disaster and helping to improve their health conditions.
The Center for Cancer Research and Clinic Care will serve as a hub for healthcare innovation and research. This facility will focus on developing cost-effective healthcare solutions that are specifically tailored to the needs of the local population. By conducting research and implementing new strategies, we aim to reduce the overall cost of healthcare services, making them more accessible to all.
Additionally, the partnership aims to strengthen the overall healthcare infrastructure in the Gatumba sites, by providing training and capacity building for local healthcare staff. This ensures that the affected population receives quality healthcare services not only during the immediate aftermath of the disaster but also in the long term.
Together, we’re saving lives of orphans and children—before, during and after disaster strikes
These children benefited from scholarship to continue schools. If you’re like us, you believe that everyone deserves a place to call ‘home’. You believe that families and young children deserve safety and security. School is a rights for all children regardless sex, color, gender and religion.
